Well, two things.
One is my faithful hound.
She may be half crazy and possessed of more energy than any dog I’ve ever known – but she gets me out of the house, wears me out, and makes everybody in the family smile. You couldn’t ask for much more.
The other thing is the imminent release of the latest book in The Whicher Series – An American King – which is now right around the corner.
